Website Development and Software Cancellation Policy
We value our clients and aim to provide the best possible service. This cancellation policy ensures clarity and fairness for all parties involved in website development projects and AdForge Marketing, LLC software (SaaS).
1. Project Initiation and Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of whichever plan the client chooses Smart Start $2500, Marketing Magnet $3,000, or Sales Agent $4,000 is required to begin work.
Once that is received, we begin work and clients will have 3 days from then to cancel
This deposit secures your place in our schedule and covers initial planning and preparation.
2. Cancellations Before Project Start
Notice Period: If you wish to cancel before the project has officially started, written notice must be provided at least 7 business days in advance.
Refund Policy: Deposits are non-refundable. Payments beyond the initial deposit are eligible for a 90% refund if the cancellation is requested within 7 days of payment. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@adforgemarketing.org
Non-refundable fees include the deposit, domain purchases, third-party subscriptions, and any other expenses incurred specifically for the project.
3. Cancellations After Project Start
Notice Period: If the project has already begun, cancellations require a written notice of at least 5 business days.
Fee: A prorated amount will be charged based on work completed up to the cancellation date. This includes design drafts, coding, and project management time. Any remaining balance beyond this amount will be refunded.
Cancellations of software: clients can always cancel the software package they have at any time. Once payment has been processed for the month or year there is no refund.
If the client goes out of business and wants to cancel they can do so given written notice to contact@adforgemarketing.org.
There will be a $99 cancellation fee for canceling any software plan after payment is received.
4. No Communication Policy
If the client becomes unresponsive for a period exceeding 7 days or causing delay of the project, the project will be placed on hold. No communication and/or answer with the necessary information causing delay in the project will constitute a $50 delay fee per week not responsive or communicated.
After 14 days of no communication, the project may be canceled, and all payments made will be retained as compensation for time and resources allocated.
5. Add-ons or changes
Clients can always add or change something they don’t like or want. The client understands that they will be charged for these changes to the original project.
6. Exceptions and Flexibility
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Please contact us in writing as soon as possible if you encounter challenges, and we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments to the timeline or payment schedule.
7. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after cancellation.
Non-refundable fees include the set up fee, domain purchases, third-party subscriptions, and any other expenses incurred specifically for the project.
8. Termination by AdForge Marketing, LLC
We reserve the right to terminate the project if the client violates the terms of the agreement or fails to provide necessary materials to complete the project. In such cases, any and all payments made will not be refunded.
